Description
Tarden is a farmhouse that was originally two houses, dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a slate roof, which has replaced the original stone slate. The building has two bays and three storeys, with a double-depth plan and a two-storey wing attached to the left gable. There is one blocked door on the right side and another door obscured by a later porch. The ground and first floors each have two 3-light casement windows, which originally had flat-faced mullions. The second floor contains four 2-light flat-faced mullion workshop windows. The building has gable stacks and three 2-light casement windows on the right gable, along with a blocked taking-in door.
