Description
Halliday Hill Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse located on the east side of Holiday Lane in Offerton. The building is constructed of rendered stone with stone dressings and features a stone slate roof. It has three bays and two storeys, with some additions and a small wing at the rear, along with a gable entrance. The farmhouse has a projecting dressed stone plinth and a bold rendered band at the first floor.
On the ground floor, there are two and five-light double-chamfered stone mullion windows, as well as a 20th-century patio door. The first floor features two, four, and another four-light chamfered stone mullion window, with a similar four-light window on the left gable. The building has gable end stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
