Description
The Strawberry Gardens Public House is a public house built in the mid to late 18th century, with additions from the 19th and 20th centuries. It features painted brick construction and a slate roof. The building has two bays and stands two storeys high, with a central entrance and 19th-century addition at the rear, along with 20th-century additions on either side. The central door is topped with an overlight. The ground floor has two and three-light mullion and transom casement windows, which are set beneath flat brick arches. The first floor also has two and three-light mullion casement windows. The eaves overhang on paired brackets, and there are two tall gable chimney stacks. The 20th-century addition on the right has a flat roof, while the one on the left has a pitched roof, with each addition being a single storey.
