Description
The churchyard railings, gates, and gate piers located to the north of the Church of St Thomas were constructed around 1830. They feature stone piers and cast-iron railings. The railings are mounted on a low brick retaining wall that has chamfered stone copings. The stone terminal and gate piers are designed with polygonal angle pilasters topped by volutes. The cast-iron railings include geometric traceried panelling and trefoiled heads.
