Description
This is a house dating to around 1830, forming part of a terrace with numbers 32 to 36 on Broad Street. The building is constructed of brick with a Welsh slate roof. It has two storeys and a narrow three-window front, with a doorway situated on the left side. The entrance features a six-panelled door within an architrave, set into a round-headed archway that contains a simple fanlight. The windows are twelve-pane sash windows, each with a flat-arched brick surround. A moulded wooden cornice runs along the eaves. There are end wall stacks. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
