Description

View Banks is a house built in the late 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The house has two bays and is two stories tall. The central entrance has a dressed stone surround and is flanked by two-light flat-faced stone mullion windows. On the first floor, there is a three-light window. A ridge chimney stack is present on the roof. At the rear, there are seven and eight-light recessed flat-faced stone mullion windows, along with a central door that has a square-cut surround at the basement level.
