Description

These are three houses located on Stoneswood Road, built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from hammer-dressed, watershot stone with a roof of graduated stone slates. The houses are arranged with a single-depth plan, spanning a total of three bays and three storeys. Each house features a doorway with a square-cut surround, a four-light window on the ground floor, and a five-light window with a king mullion on the upper floor. All windows have recessed, flat-faced stone mullions. The building includes shaped eaves gutter brackets and two ridge chimney stacks. Dressed quoins are also present. Windows with four and five lights appear in the gable and rear elevations. The rear elevation is partially hidden by a 20th-century extension.
