Description
This building, located between Nos. 10 and 12, is a late 18th-century house that was converted into a workshop in the 19th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has a single-depth plan with four storeys and four bays. The door in the second bay has a square-cut surround, and a door was later added to the third bay. On the first floor, there are four 20-pane casement windows, each with square-cut stone surrounds. A ridge chimney stack is present. The rear elevation is older and includes a ground floor with a 5-light and a 4-light recessed flat-faced mullion window, with a door inserted into the former. The first floor features a 7-light window with a king mullion and a 4-light window.
