Description
41 Huddersfield Road is a late 18th-century building that originally consisted of two cottages but has since been converted into a single house. It is constructed from hammer-dressed watershot stone laid in narrow courses and features a graduated stone slate roof. The building has a single-depth plan, stands two storeys tall, and has two bays.
There are two central dressed door surrounds, although one has been changed into a window. On either side of these are four-light windows, and on the first floor, there are two six-light windows with king mullions. All the windows have recessed flat-faced mullions. The roofline has been altered, and there is a ridge chimney stack. Additionally, there is a blocked segmental-headed door at the rear of the property.
