House, c1840, built as a separate phase but continuation to Nos 653-661 Blackburn Road (qv). Coursed and squared stone with slate roof. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 2-window range with entrance to right in round arched architrave. Windows (which do not align) renewed in original openings with wedge lintels to ground floor. Low window in blocked doorway with plain stone lintel (perhaps once a passage entry) to left. End wall stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
