Description

Holly Bank House is an early 18th-century house constructed of rendered brick and topped with a slate roof. It stands two storeys tall with an attic and features five bays, including a blank bay above the entrance. The house has a moulded stone plinth and rusticated quoins. The entrance is framed by a stone doorcase that includes Ionic pilasters, a pulvinated frieze, and a swan-neck pediment with a cartouche in the tympanum. Previously, a roundel with a festoon filled the blank space above the entrance. The windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars.
