Description

Marsh House is a farmhouse, likely built in the late 18th century. It is constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond and has a grey slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays. The entrance includes a framed and boarded door with a looped radial-bar fanlight set in a pedimented case. The windows are small-pane, three-light casements with cambered gauged brick heads above them. There are flush gable chimneys on the roof. The interior has not been inspected, but boarded doors on HL hinges can be seen from the outside.
