Description

The sundial in the churchyard of the Church of St Luke in Lower Whitley is likely from the mid-18th century and is made of buff stone. It features a square stone base and a vase-shaped baluster that includes an octagonal plinth. The original bevelled square stone cap has been replaced, and both the dial and gnomon have been removed.
