Description

The sundial located in the churchyard of St Peter dates from the early 19th century and is made of buff sandstone. It features a bulbous baluster set on a circular stone base. The sundial has a simple capital adorned with acanthus leaves and gadrooning, which supports the original circular plate marked with italic Roman numerals.
