Description
Pursa Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been altered over time. The lower storey features brick-nogged oak small framing, which has been replaced with brick. The roof is made of grey slate and the building has two storeys plus attics. The frame of the left gable indicates that the roof was raised by half a storey, likely in the late 17th century. There are three windows on each storey, consisting of 6-pane 3-light casements. The farmhouse has one chimney on the ridge and another on the right gable, with attic windows in the end gables. The rear left wing retains small framing on the outer side of the upper storey, while the back of the main block has small framing above a single-storey brick lean-to with a slate roof. The interior has not been inspected.
