Description
This 18th-century sundial is located 8 metres south of the south porch of the Church of St Helen in Witton. It is made of red sandstone and features a copper dial, although the gnomon has been removed. The sundial is designed as a vase baluster and stands on a square plinth, which is set on a base of two circular steps.
