Description
Marbury Mill House is a mid-19th century miller's house constructed of Flemish bond brown brickwork, topped with a grey slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three symmetrical windows. A timber-framed gabled porch adds to its character. The lower storey has mullioned small-pane casements with three lights, while the upper storey has two-light casements, all with stone cills and soldier arches. The steep-pitched roof is adorned with bargeboards and finials on the end gables, as well as two half-dormer gables at the front. There are brick chimneys on the left gable and on the ridge near the right end, both featuring recessed panels. The interior was refurbished around 1900 and is well preserved.
