Formerly farmhouse and farm building, now 2 houses and attached garage: C18 but facade added early-mid Cl9. Stuccoed brick, Welsh slate roof and 5 ridge brick chimneys. Long rectangular plan. 2-storey, 7-bay front. Castellated parapet on moulded cornice. 16-pane sashes below and 12-pane above with intersecting glazing bars in upper lights. Heavy label moulds. Doors in 2nd and 6th bays with 4-centred arched heads and label moulds. Doors have 4 recessed panels with cusped mouldings. Extension to left in washed brick now a garage, has blocked circular pitchhole. Interior: not inspected. `
