Description

Brook House is a house built around 1830. It is constructed of brown brick in Flemish bond with a grey slate roof. The building has three storeys and features a symmetrical design with two windows. The entrance includes a five-panel door, with the upper panel glazed in three panes, set within a simple classical doorcase and accessed by two stone steps. The ground floor has four-pane flush sash windows, while the first floor has 16-pane flush sash windows, and the second floor features 12-pane unequal flush sash windows. The interior has not been inspected. The house is listed for its group value.
