Description
This is a barn located 10 metres north west of Number 51 on Chester Road in Sutton, dating from the early 17th century and now used as a storage building. The structure features brick-nogged oak small framing, with parts rebuilt in brick and some areas made of wattle and daub. The roof is covered with corrugated asbestos, which replaced the original thatch. There is a full-height central opening with a boarded door on the right and a wood casement window on the left, along with a loading door in the right end gable.
