Description

Hunter's Court comprises two houses, originally a late 17th-century corn barn. The building is constructed of English bond orange brick, with some red sandstone quoining and a plinth. It has a Welsh slate roof and a long, rectangular plan. The west front features a brick plinth and a wide brick band at the first floor, running over dentilations. There is a line of blocked ventilation slots in the upper storey. Five windows were inserted in the late 20th century, the central one replacing a blocked entrance over which the brick band continues. Above the blocked entrance is an illegible diamond-shaped date plaque. The east front, also of two storeys and six bays, has inserted openings, but retains two original elliptical brick heads and blocked ventilation slots.
