Description
The farmhouse at Lyndale Farm dates to around 1830 and is constructed of brick, finished with a white painted exterior and a grey slate pyramidal roof. It has two chimneys placed asymmetrically. The building is two storeys high with a symmetrical façade featuring two windows and a central doorway. The front elevation includes four Gothick iron windows, with one being a canted bay window to the parlour on the left side. A later half-glazed four-panel door is also present. The rear garden elevation has been altered. Two Gothick casements are visible in the upper storey of the right end wall. The interior has not been inspected. The building is listed primarily due to the appearance of its entrance front.
