Description

Manor Farmhouse is an early 18th-century brick farmhouse, rendered and with a tile roof. It has a “T” shaped plan, two storeys, and originally three bays, with a later addition to the east. A projecting gabled porch has bargeboards and a ledged and battened door with a plain Tudor arched window above. Three-light casement windows with glazing bars and stone sills are present on the ground and first floors. The first floor windows have gabled dormer roofs. The later addition to the east features a two-light casement on the ground floor and a large semi-circular gable bow with a conical roof and bargeboards. This bow has lead lattice casements at both levels. The original section of the building had gable end stacks. Inside, there are chamfered beams and six-panel doors.
