Description

Bunbury Millhouse, formerly the Miller's House, is now a private dwelling dating from the early 19th century. It is built of brown brick in Flemish bond and features a slate roof. The house has two storeys and two bays, with an additional bay on the west side. The entrance consists of a six-panel door, which is accessed by two steps and is sheltered by a lean-to porch with a slate roof, supported by timber posts on low brick walls. The ground floor has replaced mullion and transom windows with glazing bars, set under cambered arches. The building has gable end stacks, and a small later wing to the north creates a "T" plan. It is listed for its group value only.
