BADDINGTON C.P. SHROPSHIRE UNION CANAL SJ 64 NW MAIN LINE Hack Green Bridge No.86 6/31 - II GV

Accommodation bridge, circa 1826 (consultant T.Telford). Blue bricks, in English Bond, and stonework. Elliptical arch and projecting stone band at track level. Cast-iron rubbing posts to angles. Blue brick tow-path paving, with raised courses for hoof grip, under bridge. Humped bridge with curved approach walls. Rounded stone copings and four-way rounded caps to end piers.
