Description
Beech Tree Cottage is an 18th-century house located on Davenport Lane in Mobberley. It is built of red Flemish bond brick with a thatched roof and comprises two rooms wide and two storeys high. The front of the house has a symmetrical design with three bays. A segmental-headed doorway is centrally positioned, flanked by two segment-headed windows with two lights. Two single-light casement windows are visible in the right-hand gable. A 19th-century outshut is attached to the rear of the property. The parlour contains chamfered ceiling beams.
