Description
A pair of weavers' houses dating to circa 1840, located on Cross Street in Macclesfield, with alterations made in the early 20th century. The houses are constructed of brick, with a Welsh slate roof. They are three storeys high and have a four-window facade. The ground floor features early 20th-century shop fronts. Above, there are four-pane sash windows on each floor, with smaller, long-paned workshop windows in the attic storey.
