Description
Laburnum House is a mid-18th century brick house with stone dressings and a Welsh slate roof. It stands two storeys high and features five sash windows, each with stone lintels and projecting cills. The wide central entrance has an eight-panelled door beneath a decorated oblong fanlight, all framed by a tooled lugged architrave. The roof is adorned with a low stone gable parapet supported by coped, moulded kneelers, and has a brick dentilled eaves cornice along with two end brick chimneys. In front, alternately spear-headed railings on a dwarf wall and gates enclose the area.
