Workshop. Circa 1882 for Lambton Colliery Company. Brick; roof of corrugated asbestos. One high storey, 7 bays. South elevation; 7 full-height buttresses (none at right corner); central round-headed entrance bricked up; tall round- headed windows (heads bricked up and modern casements inserted), under smaller round-headed windows with metal glazing bars; all arches triple rows of gauged brick. Hipped roof. Included partly for group value.
