Description

This early 17th-century lodge stands to the west of Washington Old Hall. It is constructed of sandstone rubble with quoins, and features a pantiled roof. The building is two storeys high and five bays wide. Flattened Tudor arches are found above the doors in the second and fifth bays. The windows are stone mullioned, with ground floor windows containing three, one, and three lights respectively. The first-floor windows comprise three, two, and three lights.
