Fluted standard with high valve to domed canopy of lantern; ladder-rest at top. Panels on base: at south 'WEBB LAMP COMPANY LTD. BIRMINGHAM'; and north 'J.E. WEBB's PATENT SEWER GAS DESTRUCTOR'.
