Sewer gas lamp. Early C20. Cast iron; curved glass lantern. Fluted standard. High valve to domed canopy of lantern; ladder rest at top. Panels on base with low-relief lettering: 'WEBB LAMP COMPANY LTD. BIRMINGHAM' and 'J.E.WEBB'S PATENT SEWER GAS DESTRUCTOR'.
