Description

This boundary stone, located approximately 680 meters north of Upsall Hall, dates from the early to mid-19th century. It is made of dressed sandstone and features a semi-circular head. The stone measures about 37 centimeters in height, 25 centimeters in width, and 20 centimeters in depth. The north face is inscribed with the letters "N.L. B.D." It marks the boundary between Guisborough Civil Parish and the former Teesside County Borough.
