Stone shaft, 2m. S.W. of tower of Church of GV St. Andrew.

Sandstone shaft on rectangular base. 2 vertical grooves incised on south face. Reputed to be an ancient cross; discovered in a ditch c1920 and re-erected here (A.E.F. Wright: Cleveland Standard 12-5-1950; N.M.R. Reg. No. F/53/82/5 1953.)
