Description
Nos. 14 and 15 are Edwardian semi-detached estate cottages built in the early 20th century in a Vernacular Revival style. They are constructed of dressed sandstone and feature a plain clay tile roof with a central stack. The cottages are 1½ storeys high and have a symmetrical design, with doorways on the left and right that are covered by tiled timber-bracketed canopies. Each floor has two mullioned leaded-light windows, and the first-floor windows are set within a large gable dormer that has tile-hanging above. There are extensions to the rear (south side) that are not of interest. These cottages are included for their group value with No. 13 Upleatham Village.
