Description

This is an early 19th-century house located on the north side of Castle Street in Norham. It is constructed of ashlar stone with a Welsh slate roof and brick chimneys. The two-story house has three bays. The right bay features a panelled door with an overlight. Sash windows are fitted with projecting sills. The roof is gabled with flat coping, and there is a stack at the left end.

Inside, a large kitchen fireplace has a raised surround, and beside it is an iron pot, which appears to be a reused cauldron.
