Description

This is a house, likely built between 1810 and 1820. It consists of two distinct sections. The left section is rendered in stucco with ashlar stone details, while the right section is built of random rubble stone with painted ashlar details. It has a Welsh slate roof and brick chimneys. Originally two separate houses, each section is two storeys and two bays wide.

The left section has vertical pilaster strips. A panelled front door, with a three-pane window above, is set within a raised stone surround. To its left is a two-storey bow window featuring tripartite sashes (12 panes and 8 panes). A modillion cornice and blocking course follow the curve of the bow window.

The right section has a pair of sash windows to the left, and a single sash window to the right, the latter formerly a doorway. There are two 12-pane sashes on the first floor, all within raised stone surrounds. The roof is gabled, with two chimney stacks.

Inside, a staircase has stick balusters. The drawing room features six-panel doors with moulded surrounds and decorative paterae.
