It dates from the mid to late 19th century and is constructed of snecked stone with a Welsh slate roof and brick chimneys. The building has two storeys and three bays. The central entrance features a panelled door with an overlight above it. The left bay includes a contemporary shop front, which has a panelled door and a four-pane shop window set within a surround that includes pilasters and a dentil cornice.
