Description

This is a bridge located approximately 600 yards west-north-west of Belsay Castle, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from tooled-and-margined ashlar stone. The bridge features a single segmental arch and has a chamfered parapet. At either end, there are square piers topped with pyramidal caps.
