Description

The Pinfold is a former livestock enclosure, originally located on Bondgate Without and repositioned in its current location in 1819, near the present War Memorial. It is constructed of ashlar and stands approximately 5 to 6 feet high, with an oval shape measuring roughly 12 by 15 and a half yards.
