Description
This is an early 19th century building, originally featuring three windows on its west side and one on its south side. It is constructed of ashlar with a moulded eaves cornice. The roof is slate and hipped at the corner facing Croft Place. The windows are glazing bar sash windows with moulded architraves. The main entrance is a four-panel door located in the centre of the west side. The building possesses group value from its contribution to the Grey Place setting.
