Description
The Bridge of Aln Hotel is a public house that was formerly a coaching inn, built around 1840. It features an L-plan design, constructed of ashlar stone with a Welsh slate roof.
The building is two stories tall and has a four-bay facade. The left side has a three-bay section, while the right side has a slightly projecting gabled bay with a pediment. In the third bay, there is a flush-panelled door set in a solid stone porch, which is adorned with Tuscan pilasters. The windows are 12-pane sash types. The roof is gabled and has paired diagonally-set, rendered-brick ridge and end stacks.
On the right side of the building, the garden front consists of three bays, also featuring 12-pane sash windows.
