This is a 19th-century pump located about 10 yards west of Matfen Piers Farmhouse. It is made of cast iron and dressed stone. The cast-iron pump stands approximately 5 feet high and features a domed top, a long curved handle, and a decorated spout. In front of the pump is a large stone trough.
