Description

No. 1 Castle Terrace is a cottage built from squared stone, featuring a pantile roof with rendered stacks. It is a single storey structure with two bays. The door, located slightly left of centre, has been renewed. The cottage has 20th-century 12-pane casement windows with slightly projecting sills that are painted white. The gables are coped, and there are stacks at each end of the building. This cottage is included for its group value with No. 47 Castle Street.
