Description

This is a late 18th-century house on Castle Street in Warkworth. It is constructed of squared stone with a 20th-century pantile roof and brick stacks. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. A renewed door is located in the centre, above which is a trompe l'oeil window. The end bays contain renewed 12-pane sash windows, with the right-hand window on the ground floor replaced. The left-hand gable has been coped, featuring a moulded kneeler and a rebuilt brick end stack. The roof is hipped to the right.

A one-bay return on the right-hand side, facing Castle Terrace, has 12-pane sash windows and a coped end gable with a rebuilt stack.
