Description

A group of four stone dragons' heads, likely from the 16th century, is located on the lawn east of Wallington Hall. These heads are carved from limestone and feature a grotesque style with oriental influences. They were originally brought from Bishopsgate, London, in 1760 as ballast in one of Sir Walter Blackett's colliers and were moved to their current position in 1928.
