Description
The wall and gate piers located between the north front of Wallington Hall and the main courtyard date from the mid-18th century. They are constructed from squared stone with decorative dressings. The wall features a flat coping and a central gateway, flanked by large piers that exhibit banded rustication, attached jambs, and moulded caps, which are topped by stone owls.
