Description
The entrance screen, likely from the early 19th century, is made of stone and wrought iron and is located to the north of Low Warden House. It features four tall square rusticated piers that have been fitted with replaced pyramidal caps. The side piers are connected by coursed stone walls that have sloped copings and sit on low plinths. Short railings with alternating spear and fleur-de-lys standards rest on the walls and link the piers. There is a mounting block to the north of the western wall, but the gates are missing. This structure is listed for its group value with Low Warden House and Low Warden Farmhouse North.
