Description

Highwood Farmhouse is a mid-18th century building that stands two storeys tall. It features three windows on the south side and has a single-storey, one-window annex to the west, which connects to a later two-window byre. The structure is built of rubble with quoins and has a stone slate roof, complemented by brick gable end chimneys. The windows are late glazed sash types. A central wooden gabled porch with a six flush panel door and a narrow light to the right enhances the entrance.
