Description
The farmbuilding at Moralees, formerly listed as Farmbuilding at Moralees Farm, is a mid-19th century structure that includes shelter sheds, byres, a barn, a gingang, and a cart shed. It is constructed from coursed stone and features a Welsh slate roof. The building is arranged in three symmetrical ranges around a stockyard, with the cart shed attached to the left and the gingang at the rear.
The rear range has a two-storey, one-bay center flanked by single-storey shelter sheds, each featuring two segmental arches. There are projecting single-storey, two-bay byres with boarded doors set in alternating-block surrounds. The roofs are gabled, complete with kneelers and flat coping.
The two-bay cart shed has two segmental arches, while the circular gingang is supported by square piers and topped with a conical roof.
